Dr. Matt Fuller’s path into chiropractic began with a desire to make a meaningful, lasting impact on the lives of others. While completing a competitive internship at a Level III trauma center with aspirations toward emergency medicine, he recognized that he wanted more than acute care — he wanted to help people move better, prevent injury, and perform at their highest level long term. After being introduced to functional, movement-based chiropractic care, he found the direction that aligned with both his clinical interests and his philosophy of care.

Dr. Fuller completed his pre-medical studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, graduating Cum Laude. During his time at Palmer, he served as Student Body President and represented the profession at legislative conferences in Sacramento and Washington, D.C., advocating for chiropractic at both the state and national levels.

His clinical focus centers on identifying and correcting movement dysfunction to support recovery, optimize biomechanics, and prevent future injury. Dr. Fuller utilizes a comprehensive assessment approach and integrates advanced manual therapies including Active Release Technique® (ART), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, and customized exercise rehabilitation programs. His approach blends hands-on treatment with movement retraining to create durable, performance-driven outcomes.

Whether working with active professionals, fitness enthusiasts, or competitive athletes, Dr. Fuller is committed to helping his patients recover for the long term — not just the short term.

Outside the clinic, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking and exploring new terrain. He has also traveled internationally to provide chiropractic services in underserved communities, including outreach work in El Salvador and Fiji.
